Shipping policy

We currently ship within the UK only.

Orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days unless otherwise stated (for example during a launch or small batch release).

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking confirmation email.

Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days from dispatch, though this may vary during busy periods.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Rewilding cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.

If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@rewildingem.co.uk and we will be happy to help.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs so we can resolve the issue promptly.
