Refund policy

We hope you love your Rewilding box. However, if you change your mind, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK consumer law.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and unopened

• Products must be in their original packaging

• The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare, cosmetics, food, or consumable products unless they are faulty.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@rewildingem.co.uk, including photographs where possible.
